Situated within the world-class Fair Hill Thoroughbred Training Center, Perfect Sky II features 28 stalls complimented by modern amenities for both horse and human. Located in the Mid-Atlantic and convenient to numerous racetracks, the most concentrated racing mecca in North America. Quality construction and thoughtful improvements include a Kraft walking machine (with 8 stalls and office), indoor shedrow with sand footing, large tack room with kitchenette, laundry area & bath. The beautifully designed trainer's suite with office space, lounge, kitchenette, bath with walk-in shower, and an expansive observation deck overlooks the grass paddocks, sand round pens and walking ring. A large hay & straw storage area with double doors provides easy access for bulk deliveries. Additional conveniences include 6 matted wash bays (2 indoor, 4 outdoor) with hot and cold water, 4 grass paddocks with no-climb wire horse fencing, and 3 sand round pens. The barn is very well lighted and ventilated with large sliding windows, double 1/2-glass doors throughout and an integrated rooftop ventilation system. The year-round training facilities include a 1-mile dirt track with 10% banked turns, 7/8-mile Tapeta track, plus miles of turf gallops and hacking trails within the 350-acre training complex. On-site veterinary services and an equine therapy center add to the versatility of the Training Center as a whole. The Training Center is a registered Equibase facility, offering resident trainers the convenience of recorded timed workouts and access to a professional starting gate crew.
